Setup is billed once, upfront, before your kickoff call. Monthly or annual billing starts the day your account goes live and your handover session is complete. Not the day you sign up.
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Monthly plans are not pro-rated. Annual plans run to the end of the year you paid for.
You keep read-only access for 30 days after your billing period ends, with full export of properties, bookings, guest packs, tasks and crew profiles to CSV or PDF. After that the account is archived for 90 days in case you return. After 90 days it is permanently deleted.

Yes. Pause for up to three months per year at 30 percent of your normal monthly rate. Your data stays live, calendars stay synced, support drops to essential only. Estate tier includes pauses at no charge.
Fully refundable before we begin work. Fifty percent refundable after deposit but before kickoff. Non-refundable once onboarding has started, because the work has been done.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
